Triport Indexer FAQ
Answers about Triport Indexer beta: platform fees, in-app wallet keys, deposits, withdrawals, missing tokens, migration, risk metrics and portfolio PnL.
What is Triport Indexer?
It is a real-time Solana launch scanner with charts and trading from an in-app wallet. Use Trenches to follow launch stages or Trending to compare current activity. Open Indexer or read the overview.
How much does trading cost?
Triport charges 0% platform fee. Protocol or AMM pool fees, Solana network fees and any priority fee remain. The pump.fun bonding-curve fee is approximately 1.25%; pool fees vary. New token accounts can require rent deposits. See the fee breakdown.
Do I need an external wallet to trade?
No. Email, Google and wallet sign-in all use an account with a built-in trading wallet. An external wallet is an optional login identity. Fund the in-app address shown under Deposit, even if you signed in with a different wallet. See wallet setup.
Who holds the private key, and can I export it?
Triport holds the in-app wallet key on the server and signs trades. You can export the private key through the wallet or account controls. Anyone with the key can spend the funds; exporting it does not remove Triport's server access. Read key export before using it.
How do I deposit, and why is my spendable balance lower?
Send SOL on Solana to the address shown under Deposit and wait for the balance to appear. Some SOL stays reserved for network fees and token-account rent. Check the destination network and transaction if a deposit is not visible. See deposit instructions.
How do I withdraw funds?
Open Withdraw, enter a Solana destination and amount, then review and confirm. Check the transaction result before retrying. Withdrawing SOL does not sell token holdings automatically. See withdrawal instructions.
What is the beta trade limit?
The current limit is 0.1 SOL per trade. A quick-buy preset does not bypass it. This is a trading limit, not a required deposit amount. Beta features and coverage can change; keep only what you intend to trade in the wallet.
Why can't I find a token?
Search by mint address and clear filters first. Indexer may not have observed its creation, its protocol may lack verified coverage, or the event may be outside available history. Check the Migrated column as well as New. A DEX swap does not automatically establish a new launch. See coverage and data collection.
What does migration mean?
Migration is a launch's transition from its bonding curve to a liquidity pool. The destination depends on the protocol. It does not guarantee safety, usable liquidity or future price gains. Read bonding curves and migration.
Why do risk metrics or an image show as missing?
Metadata and concentration metrics need additional information and may arrive later or remain unavailable. — means unknown, not zero risk. An image or social link does not establish authenticity. Read token card metrics.
Can a trade fail even when I see a price?
Yes. A price is an observation, not an execution guarantee. Price changes, slippage limits, insufficient available SOL, liquidity or route availability can prevent execution. Check the order result and transaction before retrying; a failed on-chain transaction can still cost a network fee. See trading settings.
Why can portfolio PnL differ from my wallet balance?
PnL uses recorded purchases and sales plus available prices. Balance also reflects transfers and transaction costs. External deposits, missing cost history, stale prices and limited retained history can make the figures differ. Unrealized PnL is an estimate, not proceeds already received. See Portfolio.
