eth_blockNumber
https://triport.io/rpc/bscReturn the latest block number.
eth_blockNumber returns the latest block number known to the selected BNB Smart Chain node as an EVM hex quantity.
Use it as a lightweight head reference before issuing block-relative reads or to compare node progress. Decode the 0x quantity when an application needs a decimal block number.
This method reports a block height only; it does not return block contents or a freshness guarantee. Use eth_getBlockByNumber when the header and transactions are required, and eth_syncing to inspect node sync state.
Parameters
JSON-RPC params must be an empty array: [].
