net_listening
https://triport.io/rpc/bscReturn whether the node listens for peers.
net_listening returns whether the selected BNB Smart Chain node reports that it is listening for peer-to-peer network connections.
Use it as a narrow node diagnostic. The boolean describes the upstream node selected for this request and should not be interpreted as a pool-wide availability signal.
This method does not report how many peers are connected. Use net_peerCount for the selected node's peer count and eth_syncing for its synchronization status.
Parameters
JSON-RPC params must be an empty array: [].
Response
The response below is the checked fixture for this method; it is reproduced without changing its fields or values.
resultbooleanErrors
Errors use the standard JSON-RPC error envelope. See BSC errors for network-specific classification and the linked shared reference.

JavaScript (fetch)
const response = await fetch("https://triport.io/rpc/bsc", {
method: "POST",

"Content-Type": "application/json",
},

}),
});
const payload = await response.json();
console.log(payload.result);Notes
- The BSC categories use configured defaults of 15 / 20 / 100 / 250 RPS; they are marked unmeasured in the tier matrix.
